Ned thinks they're treats!
We have an older cat who was attacked by a dog when younger and has, shall we say, a slight disability we call him Special Ned. He is NOT a picky eater, though he prefers wet food and likes brewer yeast, which we sprinkle on his food. Of late, he has been a little lethargic, he's been sneezing (he may have a cat allergy) and his eyes were not as bright as usual. Having been trained as a vet tech at the big cat house in the Houston Zoo (some 40 years a go now), I am aware of the dietary needs of my cats (4) and how much a good vitamin can help. We used to give our big cats a liquid vitamin we called BVMO which I went looking for and could not find. I found this instead which has the New Zealand Green Mussel as part of the ingredients. I believe this helps with reducing inflammation and wanted to try it to see if it's effect. So far so good. Ned loves them. He liked the other vitamins we had him on, but these he loves inhales them. His eyes are bright, he's alert and a bit more feisty with the other cats when they attempt to muscle in on his food bowl and the sneezing has stopped. It remains to be seen as to the overall effect of Daily Best for Cats Beef by Pet Naturals of Vermont, but he likes them and they have a good balance of vitamins and minerals. Will report back on his progress over time with this product as it has only been a few days since we got them. Looking good at this point.
Ned loves them. NZ Green Mussel good balance of vitamins and minerals.
Ned would like smaller doses so he thinks he is getting more treats Will watch and check back in over time.
