Pancakes:
- Whisk 1 cup mix (2 Servings) with 2/3 cup cold water until well blended. Let sit for 3 minutes while griddle warms up. (Batter thickens as it sits).
- Heat griddle to low heat (285-295°F).
- Pour batter into 3-4 four inch pancakes on lightly greased‚ pre-heated griddle.
- Cook until no more bubbles are forming in the center and edges look dry. (About 3 minutes.) Flip and cook until golden brown.
For Thinner Pancakes: Add 1-2 tablespoons of water until a desired consistency is reached.
Make it your own: Add chocolate chips‚ fruit‚ nuts or whatever you like to make it your own.

Want More Protein?
For 25 Grams of Protein: Reduce water by 2 tablespoons and add 1 large egg or replace water with fat free milk.
For 34 Grams of Protein: Replace water with fat free milk‚ reducing liquid by 2 tablespoons and add 1 large egg.

Chocolate Chip Cookies:
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs + 1 large egg white.
- 1 cup coconut (or brown) sugar.
- 1/2 cup butter (softened).
- 2 teaspoon vanilla.
- 2-1/4 cup buttermilk mix.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips‚ chopped.

- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl using an electric hand mixer on medium for 2 minutes. Using a spoon‚ fold in dry ingredients until combined.
- Drop a tablespoon of dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet 2" apart.
- Bake 10-12 minutes. Let cool.

Waffles:
Whisk 1 cup mix (2 servings)‚ 1 egg and 1/2 cup cold water until well blended. Let sit for 3 minutes while waffle iron heats up.
Note: Cook according to your waffle iron's instructions.

    Easy protein pancakes

    Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix is easy to make (just need water). Flavor was ok. Definitely not as delicious tasting as a real pancake but it kept me fuller longer because of the protein.


    Pros

      Easy to cook.

    Cons

      The flavor wasn't so good. Didn't taste like a regular pancake but it's not a regular pancake. I think the addition of the protein changes the taste.

    The shipping was fast and of course free! Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix by FlapJacked are my Sunday morning breakfast cheat meal, great taste and love the protein amount.

    Easy & Convenient!

    Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix by FlapJacked is way better than I thought it would be. I added a bit of cinnamon to the batter.
