Keeping your immune system healthy‚ especially during the colder winter months‚ is extremely important if you want to avoid getting sick. With the common cold and other illnesses‚ it’s always a good idea to give your immune system an extra boost so that it’s able to fight off harmful invaders. Vitamin C plays an important role in maintaining immunity; it also helps keep your heart‚ bones‚ and skin strong and healthy.

Since your body can’t produce Vitamin C on its own‚ you have to get it from your diet. Fruits like oranges and vegetables like spinach contain some of the highest levels of the nutrient. Unfortunately‚ life can sometimes get in the way and prevent you from eating as much of these vitamin-packed foods as you should. A vitamin C supplement can help you with this problem.

Buffered Vitamin C by Allergy Research Group is a convenient way to ensure sufficient intake. Each dose contains 2000 mg of vitamin C that has been buffered—or mixed—with other minerals‚ making it easier to digest. Buffered Vitamin C Capsules are absorbed by your body more slowly than traditional supplements‚ allowing it to remain in your body for up to 16 hours!

This vegetarian supplement also contains calcium‚ which helps neutralize the acidity of vitamin C and makes easier for your body to digest. (Additionally‚ vitamin C also helps your body absorb more calcium.) It also provides magnesium‚ which helps reduce the irritation that can sometimes be associated with high doses of Vitamin C; and potassium‚ another mineral that works to neutralize the vitamin’s acidity.

One bottle of Allergy Research Group’s Buffered Vitamin C contains 120 capsules‚ which is enough to last for about one month‚ depending on your dosage.

Allergy Research Group has been providing high-quality‚ hypoallergenic supplements for over 30 years. Its unique supplements incorporate the latest scientific discoveries‚ making Allergy Research Group products the choice of many physicians and other healthcare practitioners to support the nutrition and health of their patients.

      Easy on stomach

      from Brandon VT on 3/23/2020
We take this on a daily basis to get our daily amount of VIT C in. I like that it’s easy and gentle on the stomach. Still necessary to take with food so you don’t get an upset stomach. VIT C should not be taken on empty stomach. I double or triple when sick. Makes a difference!

      Works effectively

      Buffered C

      from Kansas on 1/28/2017
I am happy to get buffered vitamin C in a capsule from Buffered Vitamin C by Allergy Research Group. I use a powder at home because it is cheaper. But when I am not at home it is a mess trying to take a powder and put it in water. And I have to have a buffered C because plain C irritates my stomach.

      It is buffered.

Just wish it was only 500 mg instead of 1000

    • Good vitamin C for stomach ache.

      from TX on 4/06/2016
Buffered Vitamin C by Allergy Research Group is gentle and easy to absorb, cause no upsetting for my stomach ache or after taste. However, the serving size is 4 pills to get 2000mg dosage, that's both pros and cons. When I don't feel much need for high dose, I can take just one or two pills. But for someone who needs a target dose, they may find its too much to take 4 pills at a time.

      Serving size is 4 pills.

      Contains sterate.
