  • Buffered Magnesium Biglycinate Powder by Kirkman can serve as an easy way to boost your magnesium intake without having to swallow pills.

Magnesium plays several important roles in the human body. For example‚ this mineral serves as a train that transports nerve impulses across the country across the railways (cell membranes). By working to maintain a moderate speed‚ Buffered Magnesium Biglycinate Powder may help address certain symptoms associated with overactive nerves‚ such as mild anxiety or trouble sleeping.

In addition‚ magnesium may act to relieve minor muscle spasms because it plays a role in regulating muscle contraction.

Magnesium may also work to encourage optimal calcium absorption. Since calcium is involved in building bone mass‚ Buffered Magnesium Biglycinate Powder might act to maintain strong bones and teeth.

For these reasons‚ one serving of Buffered Magnesium Biglycinate Powder provides 997 milligrams of pure magnesium glycinate‚ which has a mild aftertaste and may be gentler on your digestive tract than other forms of magnesium.

This powdered supplement is versatile because it easily dissolves into water or fruit juice without a prominent aftertaste.

At the recommended serving size‚ each four-ounce container of Kirkman’s Buffered Magnesium Biglycinate Powder should last for about two-and-a-half months.

    wonderful

Easy to administer to kids who cant swallow pills. It disappears into food or juice quickly. Magnesium glycinate is supposed to be the type that doesnt cause soft runny stool. So far its worked for us.

    Pros

easy to hide in food and drink and even if it clumps up it still dissolves completely

    Cons

high humidity causes powder to get harder

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Convenient & Inexpensive form of Magnesi

Having trouble swallowing pills I find Buffered Magnesium Glycinate Powder best for me. I simply mix 1/2 tsp of it into some juice or whatever beverage is handy and drink it. There may be a mild sweet flavor to it but not really noticeable at all. It is so much less expensive than liquid magnesium glycinate. Since I started using magnesium glycinate a month ago I no longer have heart arrhythmia episodes. I highly recommend this product.

    Pros

Convenient to take inexpensive and most importanly very effective.

    Cons

      Nothing

I would recommend this item to a friend.

    Good product good form

Buffered Magnesium Glycinate Powder is effective in that it helps me stay calmer deal with stress better and get better sleep. I also feel a bit more energy during the day and I think most fundamentally it truly is much better tolerated than other forms of magnesium - even at high daily doses. Trying to get enough magnesium throughout the day for me using a citrate powder was impossible as it gave me the runs even at a fraction of the amount of Buffered Magnesium Glycinate Powder I take each day. I do subscribe to the belief that magnesium is one of the more common deficiencies in our fast-paced high stress (physical and emotional) world we live in and thank goodness for products like this and others that give us a way to achieve more balance and health in a rather unbalanced environment. Thanks Kirkman and Pure Formulas.

    Pros

easy to take can mix in water or juice and take on an empty stomach - even multiple times a day without any runs. I believe the powder to be better absorbed and assimilated than tablets or capsules.

    Cons

I would recommend this item to a friend.

Great form and quality of magnesium!

Kirkman brand supplements have always held themselves to high standards and quality. The company has a great reputation. Buffered Magnesium Glycinate Powder is a fantastic form of magnesium especially for little kids or even adults who cannot swallow capsules/tablets. I left one star off because while taste is good my daughter still finds it yucky. I took some in water (and thats how I gave it to her the first time) and it left a nasty aftertaste. I tried to give it to her in lemonade the next time and while she still complained a little it wasnt as bad. So a word of advice dont mix it in water. Either mix with a favorite food or a juice of some sort.

    Pros

      Excellent quality price

    Cons

flavor is not as good as expected

I would recommend this item to a friend.
