  I have used supplemental magnesium for years, and still get confused over the different types. This time, I wanted to try mag citrate for its constipation relief qualities. I trust this brand, Solray. I was pleased to see it is chelated, as I have read that is the kind that absorbs best. I did not read the label clearly when I ordered though, and it takes 3 caps to give you the 400mg. However that turned out to be a good thing, as I can take 1 or 2 as needed and not overdo the dose. I am pleased with my results so far.
