  Timing seems important for maximum effectiveness - so rather than taking with a meal, if I take it about 5-10 minutes prior to eating. Much more effective than anything else for digesting beans - I'd tried Beano in the past with no results.

  If you eat a lot of beans, pick up a bottle of this. I find it most useful during Lent, Advent, and other fasting periods when I eat a lot of beans. Without these pills, I easily get bloated and gassy. None of that happens when I take these.

  It's been a while since I took BeanAssist by Enzymedica, but it was moderately helpful with it's purposed intent. I had a lot of digestive issues at the time and found that VeggieGest by this same company offered a more comprehensive range of digestive ingredients, including the ones for beans, grains and certain problematic veggies in BeanAssist . But for someone just needing a little extra support for these kinds of foods, it would be worth giving it a try. And the price was good also.

  Broccoli, kale, and Brussels sprouts always bother me with gas, cramping and bloating but since I've started taking BeanAssist by Enzymedica I've notice I haven't had any problems. Great price and fast shipping. I love the enzymedica brands!

  I take BeanAssist by Enzymedica whenever I know I am going to eat hard to digest foods, like beans. It helps, and I don't get gas, and the bloated pregnancy belly.
