what is the difference between baptisia 200 & baptisia 30c. Is one better than the other one and does it help better for the flu symptons? thank you.

- Thank you for reaching out to us, Hilaria. The difference is that the Baptisia Tinctoria 30C has been diluted 30 times and the Baptisia Tinctoria 200ck has been diluted 200 times. Both dilutions have indications of Flu symptoms and muscle soreness. Please consult your naturopathic doctor regarding which dilution is best for your needs.
