Are you suffering from a lack of flexibility and mobility in your joints? Although joint pain and stiffness is often associated with older individuals‚ people of all ages are susceptible. Inflamed tendons caught between either skin or bone can also be to blame.
Sore knees‚ hips‚ elbows‚ or other body parts can interfere with your daily life: the discomfort prevents many sufferers from participating in enjoyable activities. Fortunately‚ supplements are available to provide the nutrients your body needs in order to feel better.
Glucosamine is the most famous joint support compound; it’s contained in the fluid around your joints‚ and too little of it can cause the cartilage to become thin. Cartilage that’s been broken down may result in greater friction and stiffness.
Most supplements on the market stop there. Not AR-Encap: Thorne Research has added other botanicals and nutrients that work to support your joints. Methyl sulfonyl methane (also known as MSM) contains sulfur‚ which the body needs in order to produce cartilage. Curcumin works with glucosamine and comes from turmeric‚ a spice used in most Indian dishes. If you’re not a fan of spicy foods‚ you may not be getting enough of this potentially anti-inflammatory compound.
Also supporting the body’s normal inflammatory response is the botanical boswellia‚ which blocks the activity of harmful lipoxygenase enzymes. Devil’s claw extract may also provide joint support.
Although AR-Encap capsules are promoted as vegetarian‚ vegans should be aware that the glucosamine in them has been derived from shellfish. They are also free of gluten‚ dairy‚ eggs‚ yeast‚ and wheat. Finally‚ this fully natural supplement has no artificial sweeteners‚ flavors‚ or colors.
You should take eight of these capsules per day‚ unless your doctor prescribes otherwise. Each 240-capsule bottle will last about one month for the average person.
Thorne Research strives to provide pure‚ high-quality supplements to people looking to enhance their health and well-being. Its products are commonly used in prestigious research studies‚ and are recommended by many doctors and health care practitioners. The company always goes the extra mile to ensure that Thorne Research dietary supplements are safe and effective for immune-compromised‚ allergic‚ and chemically sensitive patients.

My son and daughter have lyme disease. Their Doctor suggested taking AR-Encap by Thorne Research to help with their stomach issues from being on long term antibiotics. I'm in my 70's and experienced arthritic pain in various parts of my body prior to using AR-Encap by Thorne. I've been taking Encap for about 2 years with great success with virtually no pain.
Pros

It works. I take 2 caps twice a day which is 1/2 the recommended doses.
Cons
-
I initially took 4 caps twice a day but had a reaction with my tongue so i reduced the dosage by half and everything works fine.

Knee hasnt felt this good in years
A naturopath prescribed AR-Encap along with a few other supplements for knee cartilage loss with severe pain. After about three months I noticed some improvement and the knee kept getting better. After 8 months I started working out really minimal at first. It took about a year but now the knee is almost a non-issue - just got back from spending 45 minutes on the elliptical machine. Since Ive been taking a few supplements I cant specifically say what part AR-Encap played but it certainly helped. The naturopath said its a source of high-quality glucosamine and other components.
