  • Start your morning off right with a little bit of sun- apricot sun‚ that is!

Apricot Sun Cereal by Lydia's Organics is a gluten free cereal alternative to your standard fare. With wholesome‚ natural ingredients and a fantastic crunchy texture‚ you may not be able to stop filling your bowl up in the morning.

With fruit products like apples‚ coconut‚ and apricots‚ and also including buckwheat‚ sprouted sunflower seeds‚ and truly raw agave nectar‚ you're getting whole servings of goodness in every spoonful.

So‚ why apricots? Other than a sweet yet faint tartness taste‚ apricots pack a power punch of nutrition. They contain vitamin A‚ which have the potential to help support vision‚ and act as a good antioxidant source as well. Apricots are also positive fiber sources‚ and contain high amounts of beta-carotene‚ which can help in the promotion of heart health!

You'll also notice buckwheat‚ but don't be confused- buckwheat actually does not contain any wheat. Its seeds come from a flowering plant‚ and still provide a host of benefits‚ like potential cardiovascular support.

    Apricot Sun Cereal

Made granola bar with Apricot Sun Cereal by Lydias Organics and pumpkin seed butter, some of the best ones I've made yet! Great Product/Great Price! Loved that it contains sprouted buckwheat.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
