  • Each Advanced Health Shake contains full spectrum whey peptides that are easy to digest and faster for the body to absorb and use than other proteins. It contains stevia- a dietary supplement that is 250-300% times sweeter than table sugar. Despite its sweetness‚ stevia does not trigger a rise in blood sugar which leads to fatigue. This clinical grade whey shake provides the body with energy without the sugar. Drinking Advanced Health Shake protein supplement for breakfast and lunch with an organic salad or vegetables and some healthy fat can help shed the fat pounds. Adding in some weight bearing exercise will help build muscles while taking inches off.

Best Natural Food for glutathione production: Quality whey provides all the key amino acids for glutathione production (cysteine‚ glycine and glutamate) and contains a unique cysteine residue (glutamylcysteine) that is highly bioactive in its affinity for converting to glutathione. Glutamylcysteine is a bonded cysteine molecule (cysteine plus glutamate) that naturally occurs in Bovine Serum Albumin – a fragile immune component of whey. This unique cysteine is exclusive to whey and rarely appears in other protein foods – which makes whey protein the best glutathione-promoting food source. Support active lifestyles and age related loss of production of critical amino acids and related decline in muscle mass (sarcopenia)‚ immune functions‚ energy production‚ recovery from injury‚ illness‚ physical stress (including workouts).

    2) Provides a boost to the immune system.
    3) Aids in detoxification.
    4) Speeds recovery from physical activity.
    5) Provides the body with protein that is easily used to maintain healthy cells.
    6) Beneficial to overall vitality and anti-aging.
    7) Increases energy.
    8) Tones muscles and supports organs.
    9) Contributes to bone‚ nail and skin health.
    10) Helps to regulate sugar.
    11) Aids in surgery and wound healing.
    12) Supports cardiovascular and cholesterol health.
    13) Contributes to cancer support and prevention.
    14) Aids in weight management.
    15) Good source of nutrition for infants and children.

    Beneficial Prebiotic Soluble Dietary fibers:
According to the Mayo Clinic‚ prebiotics are a non-digestible fermentable fiber used as an energy source for the "friendly" bacteria living in your gastrointestinal tract that aid in absorbing nutrients and boost your immune system. Soluble fibers dissolve in water to form a gel-like substance. This type of fiber helps prolong stomach emptying time which causes sugar to be released and absorbed more slowly. Soluble fiber aids in lowering the “bad” cholesterol and assists in regulating constipation and diarrhea. It is a complex carbohydrate pre-biotic that creates a favorable environment for the growth of friendly probiotics in the gut by providing them food and energy.

    Why you need it!
Sugar drives fat storage and makes the brain think that it is hungry‚ resulting in cravings. Cravings occur when there is stress‚ fatigue‚ boredom‚ depression or poor self image. Chocolate cake‚ ice cream‚ candy bars‚ junk food‚ fast foods are just a few of the things people crave. The top three cravings are sweets‚ fatty foods and salty foods. Cravings need to be controlled‚ especially cravings for sugar because sugar drives fat storage and sends a hunger message to the brain. Advanced Health Shake takes care of the desire for cravings‚ helps to manage sugar levels and is a healthy choice for providing energy throughout the day.

    Didn't like taste.

Was hoping I'd like Advanced Health Shake by Time4Health  for the price I had to pay.

      The satisfaction of feeling full.

Don't like the taste at all. I wished I could taste the flavor more, it doesn't mask the taste of the ingredients.

    Way better than most!

I have been working with a Functional Medicine team for more than a year and have tried numerous protein drink mixes. Advanced Health Shake by Time4Health is one of the better ones. It tastes good, mixes well with no gritty after taste. I mix it with coconut milk..

Taste, consistency, flavor, ease of use. Satisfying and holds me until lunch time.

It could have a richer flavor, for my taste, but I'm picky!

I would recommend this item to a friend.
