Cortisol is a steroid hormone produced by your adrenal glands. Improper levels of this hormone can be very problematic because it can affect so many different aspects of your body; these include your immune system‚ nervous system‚ bones‚ circulatory system‚ and more. There are also different diseases that are associated with the body’s improper production of cortisol‚ such as Cushing syndrome (which is caused by too much cortisol exposure) and Addison’s disease (which can be a result of not enough cortisol in your body).
Your doctor can do a blood test to determine your cortisol levels: if they’retoo high or too low‚ he or she may suggest that you begin taking a supplement. Biotics Research’s ADHS is one supplement that has been tested and been shown to help regulate these levels.
Some of the ingredients that ADHS contains include:
One bottle of ADHS contains a 30 to 60-day supply‚ depending on the dosage that is taken. The recommended dosage is two tablets‚ once or twice daily.

works best for me
ADHS is one of the best things my Dr prescribed to me for my adrenals. Two bottles at a time seem to work perfectly for me as a cycle. Then I go off and burn them out and then back on these.

I have had difficulty with anxiety... feeling like I’m on caffeine high. For me 2 tablets each morning manage that feeling. Conversely at times I will feel the tension in my shoulders and inability to focus. I have noticed that when I inadvertently miss taking them for a couple of days that anxious feeling is back again.
For me nothing to dislike

My Nutritional Therapist has me taking 4 tabs in the morning, and 2 tabs at lunch. It seems to be causing me to feel tired. Can ADHS cause fatigue? I know I tend to be pretty sensitive, so maybe I'm just taking too much?A
