Menopause and hot flashes are sure not for sissies! But Phase II can help!

I'm several years into the peri-menopause/menopause journey and hot flashes have become my daily (and nightly) companions. I use bio-identical estrogen which keeps them down to a dull roar, but I was still being awakened at night by 2-4 flashes.
After one week of taking Women's Phase II (I'm in my second week), I haven't had a night time flash in almost a week, meaning Women's Phase II started working for me immediately. I've only noticed any flashing at all when I get very stressed out during the day.
I haven't been taking this formula long enough to make any other statements about it, but I have been using the Vitanica brand of Women's multi vitamins and had been using HRT companion for a couple of years. Very high quality, made-for-women products.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

I have tried other supplements in the past but Women's Phase II worked very well and really quickly. Within a few days my hot flashes were subsiding quite a bit. Thank goodness!
