I have used Innate Women Over 40 vitamin for the past year. I have tried vitamins on and off my whole life. I have never felt so good. They are easy to digest for my challenged digestive system. I am not easy to fall into a habit but when I forget to take my daily vits, I feel it :D

Finally, a holistic, natural vitamin for women that really works! I am so thrilled that my Naturopath suggested I take this.
Pros:
I can eliminate other supplements that I had to take to make up for what was missing from my previous multi vitamin. This is really an all-in-one product!
Cons:
Well, the tablets are a little large...
