It was recommended to me as I started my first real diet in my life... an attempt to lose 30 lbs at age 66. I have been successful. I've lost two dress sizes and it really shows. I feel better AND look much better. I use Whey Protein Isolate in a protein shake every morning with frozen berries, pineapple or other fresh fruit and a cup of almond milk. Whey Protein Isolate and two pieces of turkey sausage keep me full into lunch and then some.
Pros:No taste and it is filling
