This product contains so many of the typical supplements that I take at various times and in various amounts (depending on season and the health issues I am trying to address) that I did the inevitable thing--turned them into home-made capsules holding about a gram of powder, which I take at bedtime with a glass of water; it works as a detoxifier. The ingredients include roots such as astragalus , burdock , ginger and dandelion; barks and plants like red clover, slippery elm , kelp, blessed thistle, minerals like selenium and chromium (rare in typical multivitamin) and spices such as paprika, sage, and chili powder. All of which is good but adding some quantity of supergreens and reds would make the powder more versatile and appealing for those willing to pay for the large bottle.
Pros:Probiotics and energetics are a plus.
Cons:Somewhat limited mix.
