It seemed to help my osteoporosis

I had read about Vitamin K2 helping knit bones together, so I started taking one form of it (from natto) in addition to calcium and Vitamin D3 to lessen my osteoporosis. But I did not have an intuitive sense that that form was helping, plus I was concerned about taking soy supplements. (I'm supposed to minimize soy because of another health condition.) Then I read about people getting better results from the menatetrenone form, so I switched to this product. Indeed, my followup bone mineral density scan showed enough improvement to reclassify my condition as the less severe osteopenia (albeit still on the high side). I sense that the menatetrenone did help and am continuing to take it daily.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
