I am a researcher and after reading various articles regarding vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 I asked my doctor's opinion. For two years I have been taking 6,000IU of vitamin D3 drops which have worked really well to improve my health. I have been losing bone density since 2010 and hope that vitamin K2 helps with this. My doctor suggested I try to find 150-250mcg of vitamin K2. After much internet research I found these Vitamin D-3 & K-2 capsules of which I take two of three times a day (6.000IU D3 & 270mcg K2). I've only been taking them for a week..will retest blood in three months.
Pros:The ability to get my desired dosage.
