Was advised to take Vitamin Code - Vitamin E by may doctor when after 8 months of big time stress, my brain seemed to be exhausted. The connection with the brain was that stress, along with environmental toxins can deplete it of it's health. Taking this E with Selenium has been an effective boost, along with other supporting antioxidants (C, astaxanthin, and pycnogenol).
Also like that it is whole, raw food.
I also take it with Vitamin Code Iron, and, as iron is an oxidant, this one is a very good one to counter it.
