I've been trying to take Vitamin B6 for quite a while now but unfortunately have not been able to stick to it. I get a stomach upset from it. I don’t know why. I’ve heard of other people benefiting from this but unfortunately doesn't work for me. For some reason I don’t do well with B12 and B6. I feel great when I take niacin (B3) or niacinamide so perhaps I have an imbalance of my B vitamins in my body. This is why blood tests would come in handy when supplementing with B vitamins.
