Vitamin A w/ pectin, 25,000 IU Soft Gels are the A to buy and use.
September 23, 2013
I have used Vitamin A with Pectin since I was a teenager, for my skin and eyes. The dermatologist was the first person who gave Vitamin A with Pectin to me to fight off skin problems, and also told me they would help my vision. Sure enough, their long term use assisted my skin to clear up and be soft. Then I found out that I had superior night vision to almost everyone around me. I started driving when I was 18 years old and have been taking them, ever since. Talk to your health practitioner and look up the data on line to see if and at what dosage you could take them. I take 3-4 Vitamin A with Pectin softgels a day, in divided amounts, for fewer than 6 months, then stop for a while, and then resume. Limitations exist about taking too much for too long, so get counsel.
Pros:It works at high enough amounts after 3 or more weeks of continual use. I am 62, now, and do well.
I take divided amounts over the day, 2 or 3 times, and take it with other vitamins, such as E, omega 3's, or D3, or maybe lecithin, and vitamin C.
Cons:1. It must be somewhat restricted or could cause problems.
2. Most MD's, other than my dermatologist, caution usage, overly much. So, be certain to get advice from a health professional, of some sort.
