I am using Unda #21 together with Unda #10 and #48 per my homeopathic doctor's instructions to help with painful menses. The drops work to detoxify the system and as any holistic remedy may take time. In addition to detoxification, some diet changes are necessary in order to maintain good health once off the remedy. I've been using Unda remedy for about 3 months now and I see much improvement. My discomfort during menses are much better manageable. Where before I could not work on one day of the month (I had to go home, take painkillers and rest until painkillers kicked in) now I feel only slight discomfort that does not interfere with my day. I will be starting one more round of these drops combination after which I will see if stopping using them (and with diet changes) my issue is fixed.
It would be best to start using Unda #21 with the consultation from your doctor as they would know best what combination would work best for you.
Pros:No need to wait extensive periods before and after taking a remedy (only 5 min), unlike some other remedies
If taste is an issue, could be taken with water
Even though alcohol level is high, per my doctor it is derived from beets and in these quantities it would be safe to take even while being pregnant
