Really keeps me full, and the taste is better than all of the protien drinks that I have purchased. I will keep on buying it and to purchase it on line saves me a considerable amount of money.
Pros:
Tasty-no aftertaste like some of the other mixes. Easy to digest and helps to keep me feeling full.
Cons:
There really isn't anything that I don't like, it is easy and convenient and taste great!!
