UltraLean Body Composition Formula Chocolate is the best Powered formula on the market. I mix powered peanut butter using about 1/4th less than the required amount. It is truly delicious.
I also like the Vanilla formula as I can mix fresh fruit and flavored stevia for a all kinds of wonderful milk shake flavors.
I use the Bullet Blender which makes the perfect amount and the cleanup can be done with rinsing out the blade and your ready for the next use. Macy's sales the blender for about 49.00. It's small enough that you can carry it to work.
I've lost 38 lbs. by drinking one shake for lunch, eating a high protein snack every 2 hours during the day, and eating a smaller portion of whatever I want for dinner. It works! Try It!

I use a scoop of this product in my coffee for breakfast everyday, it tastes great.
Pros:
It helps to curb my appetiite.
Cons:
Stirs up a little lumpy, but I don't really mind that.
