*Ultra Omega Combination contains a blend of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids from three prime sources of essential fats; flax oil, borage oil, and fish oil. The omega 3 fatty acids in the formula, Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA), and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), help maintain platelet aggregation levels already in the normal range, and support connective tissue. Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA), an omega-6 fatty acid, supports healthy nerve function and helps maintain healthy cholesterol levels that are already in the normal range. Both the n-3 and n-6 fatty acids promote cartilage and joint function and ease mild mood changes and cramps associated with PMS.
