Ultra B Complex, a complete B vitamin formula, contains the active forms of B vitamins for superior absorption.

• Thiamin is now predominately in the bioactive cocarboxylase form. This form is approximately 10 times more potent than the mononitrate form.

• Ribolavin is now predominately in the bioactive 5’phosphate form. This 5’phosphate, approximately 10 times more potent than standard ribolavin, is stable and reaches the blood stream intact.

• Pyridoxine is also predominately in the bioactive 5’phosphate, form which is approximately 10 times stronger than standard pyridoxine.

• The two most active forms of folate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and 5-formyltetrahydrofolate, are provided in this new formula. These two forms of folic acid are involved in diferent metabolic pathways. Having both bioactive forms provides the most folate coverage. Regular folic acid is far less active and needs to go through multiple conversion steps to reach these bioactive forms.
