My chiropractor told me this is one of the best glucosamine/chondroitin formulas as it's absorbed better by the body than many other formulations. I found the PureFormulas has a better price than I got from my Chiropractors office. The expiration date was 3 months past on this order but not too worried about 3 months as most dates are generalized on meds.
