The thymus gland is critical to immuno-competence. A chiropractor recommended Thumune for warding off or minimizing colds and the flu and my wife and I have had very good experience with it . He suggested taking a capsule every couple of hours or so at the very onset of symptoms and then tapering back.

It seems expensive for an over-the-counter item. However, we feel that it's worth it.
