not as helpful as I thought watch for d

I was taking Taurine as part of my sleep cocktail. I read it could exacerbate dry eye (and be dehydrating in general) and my dry eye was never as bad once I discontinued Taurine. Plus I noticed no change to the effect of my sleep cocktail without it if anything my sleep is better now. The improvement in the dry eye probably helps that too.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
