good vitamin if you can tolerate the var
I switched to Target-Mins Cal/Mag from a regular cal / mag citrate vitamin as I wanted to get some phosphorous included...at first I seemed to tolerate all of the various kinds of cal / mag included but after a few weeks noticed some strange (and annoying) muscle twitching / spasms near by belly button. I had even upped my mag and potassium to try to resolve the spasms but no dice. Im on day 2 of just using mag citrate before meals and the spasms have started to go away...so it appears I cant tolerate some of the forms of cal / mag in here or could be the phosphorous? not sure.
that it has phosphorous included
i cant tolerate the cal / mag forms
√ I would recommend this item to a friend.
