good vitamin if you can tolerate the various forms of cal / mag

I switched to Target-Mins Cal/Mag from a regular cal / mag citrate vitamin as I wanted to get some phosphorous included...at first, I seemed to tolerate all of the various kinds of cal / mag included, but after a few weeks, noticed some strange (and annoying) muscle twitching / spasms near by belly button. I had even upped my mag and potassium to try to resolve the spasms, but no dice. I'm on day 2, of just using mag citrate before meals, and the spasms have started to go away...so, it appears I can't tolerate some of the forms of cal / mag in here, or could be the phosphorous? not sure.
Pros:that it has phosphorous included
Cons:i can't tolerate the cal / mag forms
