Natural care for sluggish thyroid

My Naturopath prescribed Super Oxicell for me, 2 pumps a day for my under active thyroid. My resting body temp has improved and I am not taking dangerous chemicals. Super Oxicell is not a fast acting cure, so be patient!
Pros:
No side effects from synthroid.
Cons:
Can stain clothing if not rubbed in completely.

Super Oxicell Cream is great. I have used it for 6 mo now and I find it helps me with feeling healthy and able to withstand everyday life's stresses.
Pros:
I like the fact that I can rub it on rather ingesting it!
Cons:
it tends to stain on clothes and its a bit pricey.
