    great value HUGE capsules though.

Sunflower Lecithin are of great value they also state that they are free of GMOs which I LOVE. The capsules are gigantic however. Probably the largest pills Ive ever seen.

    Sunflower Lecithin

I am pleased with Sunflower Lecithin. I was looking to supplement with phosphatidyl choline (PC) to boost my levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine to help with brain fog. Lecithin seems to be one of the best sources of PC but most brands sell lecithin derived from soy. Since I have been trying to eliminate soy from my diet I was happy to discover that NOWs lecithin is made from sunflower. I have been using the sunflower lecithin for several weeks and Ive already started to see an improvement in my brain fog.

Made from sunflower instead of soy.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
