Somnolin features a complementary blend of nutrients, including 5-HTP, theanine, and targeted B vitamins, to promote a restful, relaxed state and relieve occasional sleeplessness.


Supports balanced levels of the neurotransmitters GABA, serotonin, and dopamine with clinically beneficial levels of 5-HTP and theanine.

Best sleep quality

Definitely try Somnolin if you find you have to increase your quantity of sleep due to lack of quality of sleep. I used to sleep way more than the average person and still be sluggish throughout the day. When I use Somnolin, I wake up automatically after 8 hours and I'm able to function the entire day without any grogginess. I've let friends try some of mine and every one of them has woken after 8 hours of sleep and felt great too.

I've had great experiences with the other 3 or 4 Metagenics products I have also tried.
