I highly recommend Somnitol at night to sleep.

Hello, I have been taking a night aid to help me sleep but It wasnt working. My Dr. Added 2 Somnital along with my
sleep aid and I am sleeping through the night. I want to add that my old doctors had me on 5000mg vit D at
Bedtime. My new Dr. Told me large doses of vit D can be stimulating and mess with a good night sleep. Taking the Vit D in the morning seems to help, I have been drinking less coffee. Always get your blood checked before taking a large dose of vit D.

I like that I have had no side effects
Cons:
its all good, no dislikes
