For kidney pain...

My nutritionist introduced me to Solidago when I didn't even realize I was having kidney issues. The pain in my lower back and left side, what I thought was digestive, was actually kidney problems. (Back in my 20s, I actually had kidney stones.) When I use the Solidago, I do not have pain, period. I would recommend this product, but I don't recommend just treating yourself randomly. I did that for years. See a nutritionist and have him/her tell you what your body really needs, don't just guess.
Pros:
Very easy to take, just a few drops in water.
Cons:
It does add a little flavor to the water, but it's only a negative if you don't like it. It doesn't taste bad to me.
