FOR ADULTS, in the morning take 2 capsules before eating or exercising and in the midafternoon take 2 more capsules. Take 2 capsules twice daily. Do not exceed 2 capsules more than every four hours. Limit use to no more than 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. If you weigh less than 150 pounds, start with half the suggested amount for the first week (one capsule two times daily).

Diabetics/Hypoglycemics use only under doctors supervision. People with fair skin should not overexpose themselves to strong sunlight while taking this product due to the photosensitizing nature of Citrus Aurantium. If you are pregnant or nursing, do not take this product.
