Schizandra Dreams is a great product. It was changed from capsule to pill form, and, since them it is great.
I fall asleep in fifteen to twenty minutes and sleep through the night. Most importantly, it is not habit forming.
Only negative, sometimes it will creep up on me in the afternoon, and, that's only if I am inactive.

Pros:
I am able to fall asleep in less than 30 minutes.
Cons:
Sleepyness sometimes returns in the afternoon if I am inactive.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

I tried many sleep aids before my naturopath recommended these. These tablets work without too much of a grogginess or upset in the morning. Recommdned.
Pros:
Work better than many others.
Cons:
Can be a little groggy or headachy in the morning. Need to take three or four at a time.
