I can take this pill every day. No allegic reaction. Most of the RNA available on the market contains yeast. Yeast causes my throat to swell. I have multiple allergies. This is the only RNA product I can use (within budget). RNA is featured in the book Life Extension.
Pros:
Absolutely no allergic reaction.
Cons:
OK, it's a little on the spendy side. And, it is well worth it.
