Fabulous product, great price

This nutritious, complete meal is great for my mid-morning boost. I only have a fresh veggie juice for breakfast, so I have RAW Organic Meal Vanilla Spiced Chai at work a couple hours later to help hold me over until lunch. It's great for vegans who want to make sure they are not deficient in anything, if you can't drink milk, or anyone who wants a healthy, nutritious shake. Whether vegan or omnivore, this can be great for everyone, as long as you are not allergic to the small amount of fermented soy. Also makes a great post-workout meal.
Pros:complete meal, convenient, tastes great, hypo-allergenic, affordable, great for vegans, etc. The enzymes and probiotics are great for all, especially those with a sensitive digestion that may normally have difficulty with raw foods.
Cons:nothing, really. If I really had to pick something, I would say "use less rice and more peas or sprouted beans."
