Mastic Gum
Extract Mastic has been used in many cultures around the world to protect the stomach lining, especially related to gastric ulcers. Mastic can inhibit the growth and effectively kills the bacterium Helicobacter pylori.

Bismuth Citrate
Bismuth is a common ingredient in many remedies for soothing gastric and mucosal linings. It has recently been shown to increase the effectiveness of standard pharmaceutical remedies for Helicobacter pylori.

My Chiropractor recommended I take Pyloricil for a whopping H. Pylori infection in my stomach. I have been on it for 5 weeks now...about half way through the treatment. I have another 6 weeks of treatment after 2 weeks break....so, I don't yet know if it worked. I ramped up slowly to minimize detox which I did have some, so it must be working. I take it first thing in the morning with water and last thing before going to bed.
Pros:
Easy to take.
Mild detox.
No burping up or bad taste.
