I Love Purification Process.

I have been using it for 11 days and am down 11 pounds. Granted...I am following it perfectly....but it is so worth it.
I wanted to lose 10 pounds more and my nutritionist recommended Purification Kit.

I could not be happier. I just drink the protein drink FAST. And then go on with my day. I have beem detoxing profusely...thought I had a cold...but after checking with my dr. He explained I was in classic detox.



I would recommend this item to a friend.

I thought I was going to be losing at least inches on the Purification Kit . The taste is aweful even with berries, adding 1/2 of a frozen banana seemed to work. I did have a few bowel movements through out the day, but not like I thought I would have. The program needs to be more detailed in what one should eat with it or after it. I was totally lost. Maybe if I had a sample menu I would of been so clueless. I still do one shake a day and take the pills. It needs more instructions on how a day should go meal wise.
