Pure Vitamin C Ascorbic Acid Powder is the best form of vitamin C you can take. There are no additives, no fillers and no artificial colors. Because it is pure ascorbic acid, it is also the form of vitamin C your body can most easily absorb. (When vitamin C is exposed to heat, humidity, or compressed into pills for a longer shelf-life, it converts into a form of C that cannot be absorbed by the body.) The powder is quite tangy. I stir it into chilled vanilla pudding to give it a "lemony" flavor. If you have malabsorption problems, this powdered C can also be added to hand lotion.
