Prolo Max along with Prolotheraphy is helping to rebuild torn cartilage in my menisci

I was recommended to take Prolo Max by Holistic MD practitioner of prolotherapy-administering prolozone and plasma rich platelet therapy-. Taking 4 tablets daily for 18 months along with other key supplements. Three years ago I could not walk due to right knee pain as a result of three tears in 2 menisci.
Now am able to walk several miles comfortably with minimal pain and tightness and work out 40 + minutes on the glider up to 6 days a week. Stretching exercises, especially for the knees, must be performed daily.
L-Proline, a key ingredient in Prolo Max is especially helpful in rebuilding my collagen and in healing cartilage. L-arginine is helpful in improving blood circulation, especially to the knee area.
Am 70 plus years old and expect to be able to play tennis again (as I have for the past 60 years!
