I have been using Pregnenolone for 5 months upon the advice of my Naturopath. I take 8 drops under the tongue 3x's per day. I take it to aid adrenal function because I had adrenal fatigue.

I gave it 4 stars because I don't really like that it has alcohol, natural flavoring, and stevia in the ingredients.
