Transformation Plantadophilus is Transformation's "original" probiotic with L. Plantarum.

The beneficial bacteria known as probiotics play a vital role in detoxifying the body, helping to balance the pH and maintain a healthy intestinal environment. This well-tolerated, timetested, gentle probiotic formula is the perfect introduction to “friendly” bacteria as well as for Infants and children. May be taken for occasional constipation, occasional diarrhea, or excess gas as well as for occasional digestive discomfort and bloating during meals.

prefer a pH of 6.5 to 6.8. “Lacto” does not indicate a relation to lactose or dairy, as is commonly misunderstood.

Contains 4 billion units of l-plantarum, described to me by a nutritionist as "the Cadillac of probiotics." I think this is the best probiotic product available. I've been using it intermittently for about 12 years. Anytime I inadvertently discontinue use, I regret doing so.
