Sleep at last!

I have a great deal of trouble getting to sleep and/or staying asleep. Since I've been taking Pineal-Lyph at dusk each day, I've been sleeping really well. I couldn't be more pleased.
Pros:
I feel very positive about this product because it works.
Cons:
There is no negative for me regarding this product.
