Seems to be working so far

I've only taken Phosphatidyl Serine before bed for ~60 days but it seems to be helping me get on a regular sleep schedule. I plan on giving it a full 6 months, along with licorice root and adrenalin support in the mornings.

Very pleased wioth this company. Prices are good, especially with shipping included, and shipping has been really fast. I plan on sharing.
