Still figuring this out.

First night I took one PheniTropic and slept well, only getting up to pee once...which is unusual, since I often get up several times at night. I noticed fewer hot flashes...I'm 58 and having menopausal issues. So I slept better than usual. Second night I took another PheniTropic and awoke several times that night with hot flashes...actually seeming worse than usual. I also noticed my neck muscles stiffening and creating a headache. So I slept poorly that night. I also got up several times to pee. In the morning I used muscle testing to discover that I should only use this product once every 4 days. I have not gotten to day 4 yet, but I recommend caution. Augmenting neurotransmitters may be a trickier deal than I had anticipated.
Pros:If this has the potential to mitigate my hot flashing I am game to experiment till I get good results. I do use a bioidentical Biest Cream and Progesterone without changing the hot flashing situation. I chose to take Pheni Tropic to help with sleeping, as I awaken often with the need to pee and to have a hot flash! My first night's experience was promising but perhaps there could be a smaller dosage available, or more information about how augmenting GABA may influence the body chemistry.
Cons:I definitely did not like the muscle tension added to my neck, jaw, scalp and facial muscles. I don't understand how this occurs as a result of taking PheniTropic, but that was the only recognizable variable that evening.
