Hi, I have HORRIBLE insomnia. Started 2.5 years ago with massive adrenaline rushes. I haven't slept good since. now and then I will try something new, like valerian, or Kavinace which has Phenibut in it, then I might have 3-5 half way decent sleep, but then I can't sleep. I think I have adrenal fatigue so nothing is really helping long term. I tried this product, along with valerian, theanine, hops, and it seemed to help, but now I can't sleep again. One of my ND's said that a product like Kavinace which has Phenibut might only work for a few days and loose it's effectivenes. I've read you need to take breaks. So, I might try it 5 days on, two off. I don't want to build tolerance, and have issues with withdrawal later. I'm still trying to figure out if phenibut raises gaba levels or just stimulates the gaba receptors.....I'd just read up on Phenibut and use caution trying it. Some people take it for years, but have they ever tried to come off it? That's what I wonder.
Pros:Seems to work at times.
Cons:May not work consistantly. Might build tolerance, and have withdrawal especially if you take a lot of it for a long period of time. I'd just use caution.
