I take Cocommune Chocolate and Coconut bars with me every day! I always have a couple of bars handy in my purse. They are great for keeping my blood sugar level when I am in-between meals. I use them as a late morning or mid-afternoon snack. Often, I eat a bar after my workouts. The best part about this bar and the the Mixed Berry bar is that they are absolutely delicious! They are the first protein bars that I look forward to eating. Of course, they are more than protein bars. I think of them as mini-nutritional packed food and energy bars. An extra plus is that they contain fiber, vitamins, carbs, protein and fat. All of this in a 70 calorie bar!
Pros:*Calories - but would consume up to 110 or 120 in any bar
*The taste! The chocolate coconut and the mixed berry.
*The fiber content
Cons:*Would like a few less carbs...
*Would like another Gm of protein…
*I don't find that the other bars taste as goo and are a little dry…
