Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis is often called the "silent disease" because bone loss occurs without symptoms. Bones are active, living tissues. Well balanced calcium supplement

I researched calcium supplements thoroughly because I have osteoporosis. Most of the "popular" brands do not have magnesium, an essential ingredient for the absorption of calcium. From what I have read, your magnesium intake should be 1/2 that of the calcium. OsteoSheath has the correct percentage as well as other essential ingredients, such as Vitamin D and boron. i have been taking OsteoSheath for over 15 years and was very pleased to be able to purchase it from pureformulas at a discount price with free shipping and speedy delivery.

I began having leg cramps at night which continued to get worse. The frequency increased over time to where I was having at least 3 per night. Osteo-sheath was recommeded to me by my doctor and I immediately began seeing results. I have no cramps at night now! I have been using it for about 6 months now and will continue in the future.
