Organic Sesame Oil that's great for skin and for mealtimes!

My yoga and Ayurveda teacher recommended Organic Sesame Oil and so I decided to order some and try it out. She recommended using Organic Sesame Oil for my skin as a moisturizer, as well as for Ayurvedic self massage. She also recommended that I take a teaspoon of the oil in the mornings when I wake up or at mealtimes to ease the digestive process for Vata Dosha (constitution/Ayurvedic type that can get unbalanced or aggravated in the fall and winter). I have been doing so for the past week, as soon as I received my order from Pureformulas.com. I love it! My skin feels great, actually. The dryness is vanishing, especially for my feet which tend to get very dry and cracked. I also use the oil at mealtimes and in the mornings. I absolutely love the taste of sesame seeds and Organic Sesame Oil is full of a delicious and rich flavor that is not overpowering but is mild and warming.
